Dynamic Flow

Immerse yourself in the artful movement of our Dynamic Flow class, meticulously crafted for intermediate to advanced students seeking a heightened challenge. This class goes beyond the basics, inviting practitioners with a solid foundation in yoga to explore intricate sequences, advanced postures, and nuanced transitions. 


Flow & Restore

Embark on a rejuvenating journey in our Flow and Restore Yoga class, where we weave restorative postures into the flowing art of Gentle Vinyasa.

As the class progresses, it transitions to a predominantly restorative practice, using supported postures to release tension, nurture your nervous system, and offer a deeply revitalizing experience.

Join us for a harmonious session, allowing your breath to guide you through gentle transitions and find balance between strength and surrender.


Sunday Morning Flow

This All Levels vinyasa flow class will begin and end with some breath work to calm the mind and steady the heart rate. Students are encouraged to deepen postures as much as they like according to individual needs. We will move through a series of standing poses, creating a flow and focusing on opening up and stretching the muscles of the chest, shoulders, and hamstrings, lengthening the spine, and, in the process, innervate the nervous system, increasing the natural energy level of the body.


Vinyasa (ALL Levels)

Step into the graceful current of our Vinyasa class, an inclusive experience suitable for practitioners of all levels. Guided by the Sanskrit essence of "to place in a special way," Vinyasa seamlessly synchronizes purposeful sequences with your breath, creating an elegant dance of yoga.

Zumba

Perfect For: Everybody and every body! Each Zumba® class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on.

How It Works: We take the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Join the Reyes family's time honored tradition — passed down from the founder, Sijo Emperado — through four generations from Reyes grandfather, father, to Memphis's own Christopher Reyes, and his daughters. Kajukenbo is rich in history and martial arts tradition, while practical for modern self-defense today. The system focuses on the tools to navigate conflict and defend in real-world situations.

Adult classes explore the art in depth, train combatively, and cultivate an aptitude for self-defense.
