Restore, Reconnect and Center yourself the first Tuesday each month with Deep Relaxation: Pranayama, Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra, guided by Leigh Pittenger.

This class offers time and space for the body and mind to let go and settle into deep relaxation. Through the use of pranayama (conscious awareness of breath), restorative yoga asanas, and yoga nidra (guided reclining meditation), practitioners release tension and enter a state of tranquility.
