During this challenging time, we are striving to be available to guide you through your health and wellness journey. We are excited to begin our virtual classes! You can practice and interact with your Downtown Yoga community and invite friends and family from around the world to join the class with you - ALL within the comfort of your own home! We are still working through all the kinks and make a promise that we will continue to grow, perfect and do our best to provide a variety of options so you can continue your yoga journey.

About the Class:

A 45 min class focused on the powerhouse to help you work your glutes, hips, and abdominal muscles. Working these muscles together will help create a strong foundation to help you build a better practice for Yoga, Pilates, or simply everyday life.


Optional equipment: small exercise ball, dumbbells.


Core Conditioning with Kate: Sunday Afternoons at 1-1:45pm / Tuesdays 5:30-6:15p
