From Kedra: I have always been a lifelong supporter of living a healthy and the holistic lifestyle. I have practiced massage therapy and bodywork for more than 12 years within the medical and clinical fields. I am passionate about Traditional Chinese Medicine and Eastern Therapies; focusing on achieving my client’s desired results. Swedish Massage

This is a full-body therapy designed to improve circulation and release tension in the surface of muscle layers.

Extensive Deep Tissue Massage

An advanced form of massage that uses firm, focused pressure to relieve tension deep within the muscle fibers.

Sports Massage

The primary aim of this therapy is to help rehabilitate sports and occupational injuries, reduce muscle soreness, increase flexibility, improve recovery time, and help to prevent further injury.

Thai Yoga Massage

Originally developed to help Buddhist monks sit in meditative poses for long periods of time, Thai yoga massage combines acupressure techniques to promote flexibility, well-being and a calm state of mind. This is a full-body treatment, modified for the massage table. The client has the option of wearing loose fitting clothes or disrobing to their comfort level.

Reflexology Massage

Reflexology is a natural healing art based on systematic application of pressure techniques to the feet, hands and ears - with the feet being the primary area of application. Reflexology relieves tension, improves circulation and helps promote the natural function of the body.

Indian Head Massage

Indian head massage helps increase joint mobility and flexibility in the neck and shoulders, improves blood circulation and lymphatic flow, frees knots of muscular tension, relaxes connective tissue, and aids in the elimination of accumulated toxins and waste products. It is particularly good for reducing the effects of stress and tension.


Cupping Therapy

Skin is gently drawn upwards by creating a vacuum in a cup over the target area. The cup stays in place for five to fifteen minutes. It is known to help treat pain, deep scar tissue adhesion, muscle tension and edema. Conditions treated and relieved by cupping: Sciatica, Poor blood circulation, Chronic Pain, Migraines, Cellulite and Pitted Lymph and Edema. (Slight discoloration to skin may appear for 5-10 days, this is normal)


Ionic Foot Bath

Detoxifying the body with a foot bath helps to release toxins and metals that have built up in the body from foods, drinks and the air. This type of detox is beneficial to the internal organs and the circulatory and respiratory systems.
