Learn to practice yin yoga in the spirit of its original founder, Master Paulie Zink! Yin is defined by Master Zink as “a Taoist form of yoga that uses postures based on animals and on the five transforming energies or elements.” By learning how to move like animals and to embody the five elemental energies, practitioners develop flexibility and fluidity of motion while enhancing their flow of energy or chi. This practice includes active and passive stretches, standing balance postures, and some core work. Come ready to play, to have fun, and to flow with the Tao! (This series is suitable for all levels.)
