Ready to literally take the next step in your yoga practice. Brand New Beginners -Series 2 will keep you moving in the right direction.. Vinyasa means to sacredly move from one pose to the next. In Series 2 students will move deeper into developing their personal practice through learning transitions, breathwork, and most importantly finding their freedom on and off the mat. If you are looking to advance your understanding of the vinyasa practice this class is great for seasoned practitioners as well!
