Yin Yoga and Meditation are complimentary mindfulness practices that cultivate awareness and intuitive care of the body. Join Michelle Mukai and Blake Klazmer for an afternoon of long held, supported Yin Yoga postures that will primarily target the lower half of the body. While being guided through a Yin Yoga sequence that will trace meridians specifically connected to the season as we transition into Spring, we will explore seven different meditation techniques that will help one deepen further into stillness of body and mind. These techniques will include breath work, visualization, and elements of Insight Meditation. This workshop will be suitable for all levels of practitioners.
