Healthy hip joints are integral for an active life. If you suffer with hip pain you know how limiting it can be. In this workshop, Tedrah will help you develop muscle strength around the hip to bring stability, release tension caused by chronic pain, and relieve stiffness caused by immobility. This course will teach you poses you can do to manage pain and prevent further pain and damage to the hip joints. This class is good for anyone who is suffering with stiffness as well as weakness in the hip joints, or anyone wanting to maintain the health of their hips with yoga practice.
