Mindfulness and meditation are terms we hear almost daily, but what does it it mean to be mindful? Mindfulness is a tool we can carry with us into our daily life to allow us to come from a place of responding rather than reacting. A deeper understanding of mindfulness allows us to open to the benefits of meditation. Join us for this 6-week series where we will explore the techniques and benefits of mindfulness and allow those benefit to grow into a mediation practice.
