WORKSHOP: NECK AND SHOULDERS

This three hour course is designed to address common problems of the neck and shoulders. Classic yoga postures will be modified to:
• relax muscles that are sore or tender
• relieve stiffness caused from repetitive stress
• build strength and increase range of shoulder movement
Discover your potential to practice yoga asanas(postures), despite conditions in your neck and shoulders, and realize the many benefits of Iyengar yoga.
