In this workshop, we will explore increasing flexibility and alleviating muscle stiffness. Each body is unique, and we hold tightness in different areas. One of the most beautiful things about the practice of yoga is that every pose is progressive, and with modifications can be adapted and incorporated into many practices. Whether you are an athlete struggling with tightness in certain areas, or you have already increased your mobility and want to further expressions of poses safely – this workshop is perfect for you!
