Yinyasa : we start at at heart of yoga..building flexibility by holding gentle but challenging asanas then moving into a warming vinyasa flow.

Yin Yoga 6 Days a Week

This practice is designed to help you sit longer, and more comfortably, in meditation by stretching connective tissue around the joints (mainly the knees, pelvis, sacrum, and spine). Suitable for al levels, Yin Yoga involves variations of seated and reclined  poses typically held for 3 to 5 minutes, accessing deeper layers of fascia.  We offer over 6 Yin classes weekly morning, noon and night.

The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali are the threads that weave the teachings of yoga together and make them available to anyone willing to commit the time and energy to practice. All you have to do is start each day on this path with your heart, soul and mind and great blessing will be yours.
